Thank you for taking the time to compare. While there are many viable options for homesellers today, our customers have been successful since 1999 with a uniquely designed system that works for them. Let’s explain the differences to see if our program fits YOUR needs.
Different than a full service traditional company
We are a licensed real estate brokerage in Hawaii but we do not sell homes. We are a real estate advertising company. For an advertising fee we will advertise your home in the local MLS and your listing will sweep to over a hundred local and national websites, including Realtor.com. Our program is designed to get the buyers directly to you, so if the buyer does not want to use a buyer's agent, they can contact you directly and you pay no commission. We do not have agents in the company that compete with you to sell your home and collect a commission. The system is design to put you at the center of the real estate transaction. We enable our customers to save money while they retain ownership of the home selling experience. If these are your goals, we are confident you will be satisfied with our program.
Different than discount brokers and rebate companies
We are different than discount brokers, because they offer traditional brokerage services. They represent buyers and sellers and collect commissions regardless of how the home sells, often at a rate lower than charged by traditional full service brokerages. If you need someone to do most of the work for you and save some money, this is a great way to go. However, no matter how you sell your home, you will owe a commission. Even if you sold to your friend or neighbor. Using our service, you are in complete control and NEVER pay a listing commission and ALWAYS reserve the right to sell to your own buyer and pay NO commission.
Different than national flat fee referral companies
We do not refer you to another broker. We are a licensed real estate brokerage in Hawaii and we belong to all three MLS's in the state. Hi Central MLS, covering Oahu, Hawaii Information Services, covering The Big Island and Kauai and Maui Paragon MLS, covering Maui, Lanai & Molokai. Stacie Whitfield is our Designated Broker and she will personally assist you with your flat fee listing.
Different than local companies offering services to unrepresented sellers
There are companies that are similar to FlatList.com. However, many of our features are different, and they benefit you if you want to sell your home yourself and pay no commission.
THE BUYER'S AGENT KNOWS WHAT TO EXPECT: We place instructions in the MLS for the agents to contact the seller direct with your contact phone number and to negotiate directly with you. No middle person, you deal directly with the buyer's agent.
SYNDICATION TO MORE WEBSITES: With our technology partners, we are able to provide your listing to more websites, giving you more exposure.
REALTOR.COM. This is the number 1 real estate listing website in the country. All of our listing sweep to the their website giving more exposure.
POSTCARDS: We consistently send our postcards about our services, driving traffic to our website and many of these cards go to future buyers that will visit our website and see our listings.
SEARCH MARKETING: Many buyers find our site from key search words on GOOGLE, YAHOO, and MSN. People looking to save money by buying from unrepresented sellers can find you by finding us!
SIGNS: In Real Estate, many sales result from the sign. Our signs have our website address, but not our phone number on it. Instead, we send a blank rider along with the sign so you can write your phone number on the sign, driving buyers directly to you.
